Custom & Feeder League Issues

I have a game using custom leagues and whenever I try creating a new league, whether or not I set inaugural draft to on, an inaugural draft is made for every league. This was an issue I had in OOTP 25 as well.

Whenever a player from a feeder league is undrafted and released as a result, their school disappears from their profile. Once those players retire without any games in major or minor leagues that aren’t the feeder leagues, their entire statistical history deletes (with settings intending to otherwise). This was also an issue in previous iterations of the game. I understand if this is intentional due to how feeder leagues are set in the game.
