not as yet as I am watching for it every 5 minutes as i feel like a child as if Christmas morning has arrived and unable to wait for present under the tree LOL

I didnt get email either but I just use the link that Matt Shared above and download the game and activate the key by using the email you got when you preordered game.

There can be reasons you don't get the email - as mentioned if you have opted out in the past, you may not receive it, it may be blocked by a spam filter, or an ISP block, or just lost on its way around the globe.

As mentioned, if you have your order id, you can just download and enjoy!
