Is it possible to add the world juniors to a custom file? Or any more tournaments like that?

Also, can an image be uploaded to represent the main league's all star game separately rather than have the one image for all all star games?

No, the international tournament setting has to be turned on at the game's creation, it can't be done afterwards.
