Allow User to Manually Select a HOFer

It was a bummer to see Suzuki not get into the hall on the first ballot (or even the second). Allowing the GM to manually add a HOFer would be nice.

You can do this.

Go to Commissioner mode and right-click the retired player and you can manually add him to the HOF.
