Historical league issue

In FHM 10, I tried sveral times to set up a historical league and selected the option to be able to edit the league structure. I have been unable to ever do any league editing even if I let it run a full year and try again on July 1 of the following year.

Was this fixed in FHM11? If so, Would buy the new version.

Are you enabling Commissioner mode before attempting to do your editing?
