3D not working

My 3D setting somehow got shut off, and every time i change it back and then try to use it the game crashes. When i re-open the game, the setting is shut off again. If i turn it on and restart the game, it's shut off when i open it again. Anyone know why this happened or have any ideas?

Has been happening to me as well. This is new to patch 103; it was not happening on 101 as far as I'm aware.

It's egregious for a patch to be released so late in the dev cycle which makes the game nearly unplayable.
