Sudden Resolution Issues

I have been playing OOTP 25 all year long, and suddenly when using the game on my 65' TV (which I've done all year), it is coming up super hard to see anything. No matter what I set the resolution to, it always flips back to this.

Oddly, the initial splash screen at startup looks just fine and normal, but then it jumps to this really small resolution you're seeing here in the pic.

Note after making that fix you may need to reverse anything else you tried wrt font sizes etc. post if it sorts it or not.
