Steam: Transfer of Leagues

I bought a new computer. I logged in on steam, downloaded the game. Of course the leagues I had were missing. I can connect with my old computer via the Steam 'STREAM' function. with both computers running. But I cannot save my old league on my new computer. Is there way to transfer the league file from the old computer to the new one?

You need to copy the saves games over to the new computer. For example you can use an USB stick or via file sharing over LAN.
