Is my medical staff incompitent?

It seems every player I put on the DL has the same "he is not progressing as much as we'd hope. Another 7 days..." email shows up.

Is it me, or has this become a bit much? I've never seen a player get better sooner, but I've seen alot of players get worse.

edit: shoot, wrong forum. I thought i was in the main feedback forum. can a mod move this?

I dont get the point of putting people on DL, do they recover faster there or something? I know it clears a spot on the roster, but i usually have another guy that could fill in with the calling another player up. Besides putting players on the DL would usually mean sitting them out a few more days after recovery.
