Hello, maybe this is a stupid question, but when starting a new career in FHM 11, the player’s profile displays his jersey instead of his facegen, the facegen settings are enabled. Who knows what the problem might be?

There are 2 places where you need to enable Facegen settings:
Start Screen - Settings - Facegen Check 'Enable Facegen' , and also set Facegen rendering mode to 'Use Default...'. Then in your game under File - Setup/Options - Facegen Settings Check 'Use Facegen for person pictures' and 'Load FG files from Global directory'. |

Once you've done as Castleview has instructed you may need to clear the folder where the player images are cached in order for the game to regenerate them all by default (and hopefully using the new options). That folder can be found in the 'Graphics' folder of your particular save game - you can access this via the 'Settings' on the start menu, then 'Troubleshooting' and then 'Open Customisable Data Folder' then find your current save, then graphics and then inside there it's called 'Player_Pics' as shown in the screenshot below. Go into that folder and delete all the images, then hopefully the game will pull all the facegen through.
If that doesn't work either, than that's curious - though I've not seen any other reports of this particular set of circumstances not working.

You're going to need to provide screenshots of all areas that related to facegen settings to further troubleshoot on this, between Castleviews and the advice already given it's hard to pinpoint what else is going on here.

My settings are identical - only thing I can think of doing is unchecking 'Load Photos from Global Directory' and restarting the game, to see if that has an effect. If not, I'd uncheck the two facegen buttons above it, then re-check them and close the game and re-open.
If THAT doesn't work, then I would go to steam and I would right-click on FHM11 then click 'properties' then click 'Installed Files' and then 'Verify integrity of Game Files' on the right hand side. |

What's strange is, with facegen enabled you shouldn't have those options greyed out on the action menu.
The last two things I would try would be a complete clean reinstall of the game and finally, if that doesn't resolve it then make a post in the bugs forum with a list of everything you have tried so far in order to resolve it (save them the time of suggesting the same things) - https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...lay.php?f=4039 |
