After a tumultuous 2 years (20 months), I'm back to playing. Sadly, a lot has changed and happened. The user on these forums and in Discord named timmermac passed away in August of 2022. He was my twin brother and the one who had a real passion for this game. When he left, I had to step away. I am now back, but since I'm nowhere near as good at the mechanics of the game, I need pointers.

I know there are official tutorials around, but I don't remember where they are. I also would like any extra tips in terms of ballpark packs, facegen packs, etc. I'm skipping 24, but will probably spring for '25. Links appreciated.

Youtube is the place to go to best learn about the game. Several tutorials, several streamers like Baseball is not dead.

For Fg fancyskunk & Landowne St have a combined set. They redid 1000's of players and continue to work on the rest.

Silvam has every MLB pack. If you get the game on Steam, you can update it on there otherwise he has a post on here. For fictional parks and old Fed, NLB, Nippon, KBO, etc there are several threads for each.

Silvam & No Pepper redid MLB jerseys for OOTP 24 & beyond along with Fed & NLB. a few people are working on 2023 & beyond jerseys.

There are some good sound mods now too.
