Injury Log will not Open

When attempting to view the injury log, OOTP is trying (and unable) to open a web page, preventing me from seeing the injury log (I usually review daily, this just started).

This happened to me a few months ago as well, but I can't remember how I fixed it.

Following up: I get a message that the page could not be opened with the in-game browser because it's too big. The page was opened using the external browser.

However, when the game attempts to open the web page, I get an error that Safari could not open page because the address in invalid (I am using a Mac).

Is there any kind of internet setting I need to have on to view this?
