comp eligible free agents with no QO
In an online league I'm in, there have been several free agents that did not receive and reject a qualifying offer that are showing as comp eligible free agents. The only common denominator that they have is that their team option was voided and they became free agents. But I don't think that makes them comp eligible since they did not receive and reject a QO.

This is still happening in our online league. Has anyone seen this happen in one of their leagues (online or offline)?
