Unretiring players problem
So, I have a pitcher who retired at age 40. I went into commissioner mode, unretired him, but now he's sitting there in the free agents saying "My playing days are behind me" and won't accept any offers.
Any ideas how to, uh, unretire his brain as well as his body to the point where he actually wants to play again? |

I suppose you could edit him onto a team. It would be funny if he refused to play.

Let the man enjoy his retirement. Poor guy probably has a lot of issues with his arm.

I guess maybe he can quit me, but I can't quit him.

i have many issues with this also.
i unretire 10 players....even edit there ratings and they sit there. i have to make short lists to monitor who picks them up . rarely do they get picked up. and editing potential of older players makes zero difference. set em all to 100. no effect |

I unretired a 40-year-old pitcher and made him into a knuckle ball pitcher by editing his profile. I allow myself some fun in the game! He went 12-4 era 2.35!!! and then he went on the IL for the rest of the season.....oh well...
