No Trade Clause

I'm attempting to trade for a player that has a NTC. Any work around advice on how to waive the NTC? He is in the final year of a 2 year contract.

Sometimes there will be teams behind the NTC that they might allow you to trade them too. If not then, no, not unless you use commish mode and remove it but, yeah... probably not the work around you want to use.
