Import Template Crashing

I have a brand new PC that barely registers use when OOTP25 is open, so I'm positive something weird is going on with the template.

It crashes at 'Loading Parks' each time in the 'New Game' section and when I create a new game and try to import it from within.

It doesn't seem the 318MB is 'too big' but I haven't had the issue before and I've worked on the template for two weeks.

I just remembered this issue happened years ago and needed help. It could be a ',' instead of a '.' in the modifying figures by accident.

Mis-placed commas could certainly be an issue, but we can try to run and see if we can replicate.

There seems to be an issue loading the names in the template. We can look to correct that, but I would suggest possibly where you created the template from, to properly re-import the names database, and then I think the template should be able to load correctly.
