RFG Question
I am enjoying my fictional universe, but I am having some issues with the RFG. My main issue is that there are usually too many top rated guys. While there are only a handful of 15s, I will find that it likes to generate more than I think is appropriate.
I know I can control this, but I don't want to be too arbitrary. I want the chance of 15s to be there. One thought I had was for each cycle is to give the chance for 1 12 to 15 rated fighter (and maybe a second chance with 1 7 to 15 rated fighter). Anyone dealt with this before? |

Are you starting all of your fighters at "Beginning"? That will yield too many high rated fighters.
I start 20% at beginning, 20% at pre-prime, 40% at post-prime, and 40% at end. That way you get fewer fighters that develop into stars and quite a few that never really develop at all, which is realistic. |

My thinking is that quite a lot of fighters have careers that span just a handful of bouts. Starting some at end is the easiest way to simulate that.
