Season 95/96 Retro Rosters Approaching!

What is done?

- Currently around 6k players taken from FHM Historical Players database linked to correct clubs...more to come..
- League Values / League Structures (League Values up to 1995 A.D. with slight changes for mostly Swiss Leagues due to it's rise in last 30 years) - Research Done mostly as per Hockeyarchives.info
- Club Data / Club Budgets

What needs to be done?

- Adding all above data to FHM10 Custom Game Quickstart
- Link correct staff data to clubs
..and probably couple of more things...

So just quick overview...

How many real players?

Currently around 6k taken from FHM10 Database.
Players will be taken up to birth year 1982 A.D.
Why? If I add 10/11 years old players it's development could skyrocket.

Will I have european style junior leagues?

No! As we have Promo/Relegation Structures in Europe.
Why? Farm Structure would not work fine with P/R Structures as every season one promoted/one relegated team would lost its affiliation.

Will there be Junior Leagues in Europe?

YES! Kinda North America Style with Transfers not Trades, but with DRAFTS for generating players purposes

What Farm Leagues will be linked to NHL?

AHL, IHL, ECHL

Shortcomings

-NCAA works as normal junior league with draft added for game balance
-IHL/CHL/CoHL/WCHL/WPHL would need to be manually retire by user (changing league to nationality currently having low league value) or changed to SPHL/FPHL
-Tournaments like European Hockey League/Alpenliga and others would need to be manually added on 1st July 1996 - to have teams not randomly choosen to competitions
-Some leagues have decreased number of teams for playability purposes e.g. Swedish I Division will have 24 teams aside of 40 teams - I will try to leave rivals in the same leagues as much as possible
-As mentioned no european style junior league hierarchies
-Junior Leagues structures with age 16-20
