Disappearing players

Not sure of the exact type of player, but is usually a batter or a pitcher who are not on the field during game play. The ball will be on the mound but no player. The same will happen occasionally for the batter. This usually occurs when a player has been replaced, either a pinch hitter or new pitcher. It will happen at the start of an inning and stay that way until at least the next inning, although it may self correct. Is this a bug or something wrong with my system.

I have been asking about this for several months and nobody seems to want express comments about this and it is very annoying. I play every game during the season with one team and this happens almost every game when players, either the computer team or my team, have substitutions.

By the way, I posted this in bug reports as well. I am fully up to date with all versions.
