Updates / patches / fixes

I have severe amnesia. Can someone direct me to where the Perfect Team updates happen, please? I've had a year away from OOTP PT and I just can't remember where this happened and I'm even struggling with what they were called. Hopefully, my question will be enough for someone to know what I mean.
I seem to recall they happened frequently and I've only recently installed OOTP'25 so I expect it's overdue for some updating.

The game itself is working fine, no problems noted with PT, but on the GM side of things I went for the British Baseball Management and no matter what I do I can't hire any scouts, coaches or any other personnel.

Did you buy on Steam or Fast Spring? Steam is updated unless you turned off Steam manual updates and the latest Fast Spring version is here:

Just download and run the file through the installation wizard. Your game files will be safe and just open in the new version.

It sounds like you may need to enable scouting and coaching ... or are they rejecting your offers? You don't provide enough detail on he "can't hire".

Also, so you are playing the Brit league in the base game but keep referencing Perfect Team. That is also likely confusing those wanting to help as the Brit league is not part of PT.
