Crashing on start since update
Hi there- not sure if there's a way of directly getting support through email or phone (didn't appear so on the website), but ever since Tuesday night, the game has been crashing upon start. When the game loads, it brings up the pop-ups as if it's the first time I'm playing (do you want on-screen tutorials, licensing agreement, etc.). However, none of the options can be clicked. The game freezes. There were two times (out of the dozens I have tried) that I was able to click forward and get to the point that I entered my Perfect Team user name and password, but it froze at that point. Since those occasions, it's gone back to freezing immediately. This has been very frustrating for the last two days. I have seen multiple users seemingly reporting the same problem. Hoping to get some assistance and thanks in advance...

You can try to following:
- open the settings on the main menu - go to the troubleshooting tab - press the button "open folder containing saved games" - your file explorer should open - locate a folder called TemplateRosters_[accname].tr (where [accname] is the PT account name - rename that folder to something different and try again There is currently a bug where the game is freezing if a template roster file is corrupted. (I know you already replied in the other thread, this is just for visibility) |
