Game Freezes when Opening Packs

Last 3 packs I opened, the pack image shows up, click on it, screen turns black and game freezes. Needed to restart all 3 times.

Just froze again, this time can’t even click on the pack

Could you enable trace mode and when it happens again send over the trace file? When it freezes, immediately go to either;
're on Android you can find it on your device at \ Internal storage\Android\data\com.com2us.ootpbbgo25.android .google.global.normal\files\AppData\prefs\debug\
or on iOS it's in the Files app

It happened again yesterday with 3 packs. I will send the trace file if it happens again.

It just happened again, and I went into the Files app (I use the app on my iPad), but I have no idea how you “enable trace mode,” so nothing was in there. Can you advise?

So sorry for the delay! To enable trace mode, you open the OOTP Go Settings, and then on the Interface tab, set the Debug Settings to enabled.
Although I believe this issue might already be fixed, I think it was addressed in a previous patch?
