Historical Challenge

In this mode does it do anything to put points into training or development? Wasn't sure if the ratings move a little or is it strictly tied to their real career.

I've always done it, I'd assume that in this mode, part of the challenge would be that you're defaulted to the FHM development engine (I know that it's a selectable setting to either use real life career calc% or FHM dev engine when starting a historical sim).

So yeah, I'd assume that you'd wanna dev the young guys and perhaps the old guys too to keep them from regressing etc as you would in a normal save.

happy to be enlightened if someone knows for sure though
