GAA Award Given to 3rd Place GAA Goalie

Not sure if there are other criteria, but the GAA award was given to the goalie ranked 3rd in GAA in the league. Is that supposed to happen?

So in looking at this further, I noticed it is given to the team with the best Goals Against Average, and then given to the goaltender that played them most games for that team. So it isn't based on the goaltender's GAA, but the team. Not sure if that's correct, but that's how the game does it.
