Question regarding no trade clause

I watch a lot of Youtubers to learn about this game. In some movies a see players (like Trout) having limited no trade clause. Meaning they can be traded to certain teams.

I don't see that in my start save? Am I doing something wrong is there a data pack/mod available?

It's showing which teams the player would be willing to waive their no-trade clause for and can/will change over time.

Thanks, so when it shows the player is okay with a trade to certain teams? If I don't see it, the player doesn't want to be traded?

If a team isn’t listed there he won’t waive his no trade clause. P

Under player contract it will show his NTC or no trade status and what teams they will accept.

Though with players willing to accept 21+ teams kinda defeats the purpose of it.
