How do you set up an All-Time Franchise League?

What is the fastest/easiest way to set up a league where you get to put together each franchise's all-time team?
Ideally I could just have all of the players play through a 5-10 year prime concurrently with a minor league team for each franchise also playing. Top 50-60 players all-time for each franchise. Can cut out the 2 or 4 most recent expansion teams if necessary. But if it can only happen for one season, I would try that too.
I feel like this was a standard mode a long time ago, but I may be thinking of a game I played prior to OOTP. Thanks.

I tried that initially but was searching board wide, and not really sure of the terms to search. Every search I did returned tons of posts.

There's already an "All-Time Greatest" quickstart set up in the game. Each franchise has a 30-player roster with a reserve roster of 20 to 23.
