Some 2024 International Amateurs missing

Hello,

First of all, I want to say I appreciate all the hard work to create such a deep detailed game year after year. I also really appreciate the enhancements over the last few years, especially those focused on the International camps and signing process and this year's improvements focused on development.

One thing I noticed when I went to start a game as the Red Sox was that most of their 2024 International signees are not yet included. The only player I could find was Vladimir Asencio, their top bonus signee. I went through several teams and it seems like some have most of their signees while others have very few. I usually make my DSL top out at age 20, so would likely need most of those missing players to fill out my rosters for the upcoming season. Just wondered if there was a plan to add them in a later patch or if I would need to create some players. Thanks!
