Draft class 2025 and expansion

First, a couple of things on expanding in OOTP25. El Paso Missions

I simmed the entire 2024 season then expanded the League the day the off season started. I did not fill my coaching staff or elect to have my minor league rosters filled with entirely fictional players. I chose AAA,AA,A+,A and 2 teams in the ACL

Even after signing 61 Relief pitchers whose potential is 40 and whose overall runs 20-40 in the 21-23 age groups, there remain 12 pages (14 per page) of 21-24 year old relievers whose potential is rated 40

Question here is did expanding the league mess with player creation, especially where pitchers are concerned? Batters didn't have this problem

On another front, looking at the 2025 draft, it is completely dominated by High School players. Again, there are
516 Starters with 1 50 pot, 8 45 pot, 10 40 pot and 1 college pitcher rated 20/40 in the top 21 (Tanner Witt)
There are 464 relievers, none rated above 40

However, batters I thought were weaker across the board.

Thoughts anyone
