Question: Creation of Free Agents & Draft Class

Hey All,

New check box that I am unfamiliar with under League Settings: Rules regarding the Draft.

[] Enable Draft
[] Disable automatic creation of free agents and draft class

This only shows up under the MLB League Settings. Other Leagues have the familiar:

[] Enable Draft
[] Disable automatic creation of free agents

What does checking this box do? I want fictional draft classes to populate as the league continues in years. I do not want fictional players showing up the the free agent pool. This is the second quickstart I have run with the same settings but do not recall this option on my last save that ended up corrupted.
