Looking for a simulation league

Hello, I am new here and looking for a competetive league where:

there are normal rosters
don't need ootp
fun

All I can say is that I would like those three to be in it, and I have been in 4 other leagues, and won the w.s. every time...

I also dont' care what team

well, how do you define "normal" rosters. There are a lot of great leagues out there right now. If you're looking for a fictional league, check out the MBBA (http://mbba.ootp-leagues.com). If you're looking for a league with real MLB rosters and teams, leagues to look at are Play Ball! (Sorry, I don't have the link right now) and Road 2 Cooperstown (http://www.road2cooperstown.com/).

There are a lot of great leagues out there that are very good and well ran. Search around the boards a little bit. Contact the commissioner about info on their league, and I'm sure they will help you out, even if you don't wanna join their league.

Hey Ethan, what leagues where you in that you won the world series in? How long did it take you to win in each league, and are you still in those leagues?

You seem mad, and possibly seem like you think I am lying, which I am not, because why would I? I was in a few leagues which shortly "folded" after the first year, and I really haven't been in a setteler. I would like a league with current rosters, don't need ootp and that is fun.

P.S. Currently, I am in a league which I probably will have to leave because next year they require ootp, and I don't know f I can get it. FYI I have a 74-33 record

I'm not really dwelling on it and I don't know if there are any league openings. In fact, I think I'll just go back to the OT forum where things are green. Yes, that is exactly what I will do.

I wasn't mad really, it's just frustrating to see so many people trying to play without the game when it's only $35. I don't see why you couldn't just go out and buy the game, then you could join any league you want.

Thanks for the plug, TN, but the MBBA does require that you own the game.

I don't think anyone is dwelling on it, but possibly may want more info on you and/or your managing styles. If you are "currently in a league" and have as good of a record as you say you have, why not say so and let us see what is the "key to your overwhelming success" as every team you touch seems to turn to gold. I think the questions asked as far as what leagues you were in, how long it took you to win it, etc. were not prying, but more like being curious. I, myself, am not sure I believe your "stories", simply because you fail to answer ANY question brought forth to you. But, alas, it is your decision to disclose any info, but if you give no credibility to yourself, you may find it hard to find a league in which you don't need the game that would open its arms to you.

*jumps down off of my soapbox*

Wow if you guys are just going to jump over my back and not let me answer anything go right ahead

I was never Atlanta, btw, and the leagues i was in have folded, like I stated, so their are no remains of any sites. Right now, I am the Mariners on internetamericanbaseball.com, if you must know.

And, my key to sucess, as CubmanSmurf so says is to get star pitching, for that is what wins ball games.
