Building Player List Loop

I posted about this on Tech Support with a problem I had with trying to load the retired players list (steps to replicate below). However, the problem has expanded to seeming random on any large list. To replicate the issue, do the following:

How to replicate issue
1. Continue Game
2. In the top bar go to MLB -> League History -> Retired Players
3. Click from "Recently Retired" to "Retired Players"

The game should give "Building Player List" loading page, before briefly showing the list, then looping back to the loading page. I tried seeing if I could get any specific trigger that would cause it, but there really doesn't seem to be any sense to it. Sometimes it triggers, sometimes it doesn't. The fix just seems to be to hard close the game in task manager and restart. The bug seems to have spread to more lists, including the free agents list at random.

I zipped the league files and sent them to the FTP server with the name Friends.lg.zip.

Checking the task manager while I am playing the game, nothing stands out as throttling my performing. However, to make sure it is not a hardware setup problem, here are my specs:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)
GPU: NVidia 1070 Laptop

EDIT: It happened again, so I spent some time looking at the task manager more to find any patterns. I noticed the RAM usage procedurally goes up, before the program stops responding, then the RAM goes back down to about where it started. Maybe the game is failing to load the list, then resetting endlessly?

Are you in windowed or full screen for your display? It might be that changing this could help, I've seen it reset some similar issues in the past.

Also, if you could turn on debug mode and post the trace file from one of the times where this does happen, that might help us figure out what's going on.

I have been playing in windowed mode, and here is the trace file from when a loop happened. I tried switching to full screen, and unfortunately, the problem still remained.

EDIT: I've kept playing around with seeing if I could find any fixes, and I could not find anything sadly. However, I did get some more trace files. I have attached them to this post.
