Help for returning user - password reset?

Hello,

I last played OOTP 22, came back for 25.

I cannot for the life of me remember my Perfect Team password OR the email address used, and I am getting the same error message every tie (unknown or password reset limit reached).

Is there another way to recover my password? I know my userID and I'm I'm fairly certain I remember which email I used, but the reset link just won't work.

I was able to register as a new player with the same userID, not sure if that means my old account was deleted?

The PT 22 accounts were on a different backend, they did not get carried over to PT 25 unless you activated them in the intervening versions.
