Help "The OOTP client is not up to date. Please install the latest version."

I have downloaded the patch three times now and have gotten this for PT

"The OOTP client is not up to date. Please install the latest version." I bought from the website, not Steam, and am following the instructions.

The latest version is v25.1.47.
You can find the version in the Main menu at the bottom to compare.
