Post 1927 and On ... Background on this new sim

The Specifics:

I started in 1927 and ReStructured the League into these Divisions with Some Expansion Teams...

American:
East: Boston(A), New York (A), Philly (A), New Hampshire *

Central: Chicago (A), Cleveland, St Louis (A), Omaha *

Federated: Detroit, Washington, South Carolina*, Georgia*

National:
East:
Boston(N), Brooklyn, NY (N), Memphis **

Central:
Chicago (N), Cincy, Pittsburgh, Birmingham *

Federated:
Philly (N), St Louis (N), Vermont * , Brownsville *

--------------------------------------------------

* -- New Expansion teams... I filled AAA and A ball ONLY on these teams... Financials set to AVG-AVG, Tickets to $7, Broadcasting to 15M, Merchandising to 5M with 50 Million in Cash.

** -- My Expansion team... Memphis, I decided to make this a challenge I filled AAA and A like the other expansion teams, but set financials to Almost Non Existent and Extremely Poor... Ticket Prices... Im going with $4 for year 1... Broadcasting and Merch is 15/5 but cash on hand is only 10 Mill....

Coming up... Year #1...1927....

Rough--- Yes... and this is indicative of the quality of the other 7 expansion teams... so I do expect stats to be up for both pitchers and hitters the first few years on established teams...

Few last specifics I failed to mention...

After a season is over, Ill import Real Rookies and hold an ammy draft, serpentine... This should ensure the buildup of talent in the expansion clubs while also rewarding the top teams..

Ill do my best to edit where necessary to ensure scrubs arent studs..
