Team Name change, Perfect Team

I created my team with the team name I usually use, Alexandria Dukes. In the last day, I have joined a Packs only group and attempted to change the name to Alexandria Dukes PCK. At first, it was fine, but when I signed back on today, the name had reverted back to the original without the PCK. At that point, I changed it back to the PCK version, only to have it drop the PCK later in the day.
The changes have been made on the Perfect Team --> Customize Team --> Basics & Logos --> Basic Team Setup. Thanks for looking into this.

To change the city or name, be sure to hit "enter" after the change. Don't just hit tab to go to the next field. it requires a specific hit of "Enter".

I’ll try that. Seems to be an added step though, expect that when I type it in and hit the OK button that it should take.
