Classic 2D View Out of town scoreboard issues

OOTP 25 build 46

Seems like the same issue that I posted in OOTP 24;

The out of town scoreboard is buggy, when trying to expand it from the default state, sometimes it crashes to desktop with no error, sometimes it switches to show more games, but doesn't expand the widgit size so you can't see them. If it didn't crash, it may expand and contract properly after? Selecting a gameplay option(continue/pitch/swing away/etc) expands the widgit correctly.

3 - Missing option+text for the Out of town scoreboard dropdown menu option in the configure screen option for the Classic 2D View
