No eligible players for fantasy or free agent draft, generating personnel wages everything gets 0

1) I have scheduled a fantasy draft, but it lists no players as eligible, and nobody is draft when I finish to the end.

2) I tried scheduling a free agent draft as a workaround after releasing all players, no eligible players.

3) Using the function to recalculate personnel contracts results in all personnel having $0 contracts.

These all worked fine in previous versions.

Assigned the players to a team via export/import via CSV... and when I choose to release all and schedule a draft, no eligible players.

How do I fix this? It's worked in every previous version.

How did you originally set up the league, what options did you choose?

Can you upload your league files to Dropbox or Google Drive and post a link for us to check out?

The one thing that occurs to me offhand is to wonder if perhaps you didn't set some nationality rules that make the players ineligible for the league.

There are no eligibility rules set, based on nation or age or anything. I've been setting up leagues like this for over a decade and never had issues.

I will upload the league files later today when I have a chance.

An update on this:

While I didn't set any kind of restrictions, I had created a custom region so it only created players with hometowns in certain states. When I turned this off, everyone was eligible.

Not sure if that's intended, I've used custom regions plenty of times before and never had issues.
