FaceGen Error

This is what it looks like for FaceGen for some of my players and every player that's not on my team. I've tried redoing FaceGen and I keep getting the same results. I downloaded the new patch earlier today and this started happening.

You loaded a jersey template as a hat, I think. Or as a logo.

Well I have no idea how to fix it or how that even happened haha. I'm on Mac if you can't tell.

Try going to that team's home page, then settings, modify uniforms and auto load the jersey and cap. Just to check. Have you exited and reopened the game since you posted the screenshots? I know turning something on then off seems too easy, but sometimes it works

Files that look like that are in the "facegen" folder. The .fg files go in the other folder - the "fg_files" folder. I'd reinstall the game then be sure the .fg files go into the "fg_files" folder and nothing additional goes into the "facegen" folder. I

I tried re-installing. No luck.

How many files in the "fg_files" folder and how many in the "facegen" folder. Anything custom about the installation or where you store the files (repointing of directories)?

I have this issue as well. In addition some players on my team have a facegen but when I play a game it shows a dark silhouette instead of their facegen.

Can you provide any more details? Are the ones you see real players? If so, their names (so I can lookup if they have an fg file?). Also a name of one that has none. I’d like to understand if it ones that have files or are fictional. Then a screenshot of what you see. Also a shot of the Game Settings>Facegen tab settings. Any thing you changed there or on the Settings from the Start Screen pop-up window related to facegen or graphics? Thx

Riley Greene has a facegen but does not when I go to play a game.

Yoan Moncada and nearly the entire white Sox team either display a black box or something similar to what the OP posted both in game and on the player profile page.

Just started this sim so they’re all real players. Don’t think I’ve changed any facegen settings and I’m playing on an M1 MacBook.

I’ll see about posting screenshots after work tonight.

Check a very low rookie league and see if the fictional facegens (if turned on, they default off) are showing.

Here are the screenshots. I didn't change anything graphics related on the startup. All of the DSL players had faces. I did find one in my FCL that did not (see attached).
