Development Lab Issue - Improve Pitch Arsenal Disappears

Hey Everyone,

Have an issue in regards to the Improve Pitch Arsenal Program..

Is there a limit to how many times you can use that per player within the Development Lab? As I'm noticing the Improved Pitcher Arsenal has disappeared for some of my pitchers as a program to select. It mainly happens for any pitcher that you have added a new pitch to (using the new pitch arsenal program) and was successful with that. After you don't see the improve pitcher arsenal program at all for that player to be selected again.

thanks, I read that, it explains a bit for sure, but I'm still a little confused because my guy for example has a "45" (20-80 rating scale) with his Cutter as that was the pitch I was able to add for him, but I guess that's not considered an off-speed pitch to count for that?

Pretty sure the cutter is considered a fastball variant.
