Cannot purchase OOTP 25

Trying to purchase copy
I recently earned a VISA gift card that is supposed to be used anywhere VISA is accepted.

It is being declined after 2-3 tries. My card site (since this is a virtual card issued to me) says it is declined based not being able to recognize the exp date. card people say it is correct but for some reason it is not being accepted on the ootp site of sale

any help or how to get this issue tot he right persons?

You can check with Fastspring support, they might be able to help: https://fastspring.com/consumer-support/

Alternately, you may be able to use the card on Steam once the game is released there.
