How to add random players

I expanded my league, but didn't add fictional players, so t he expansion teams only have the players that they drafted. How can I fill those rosters with new fictional players?

Commish mode. Go to the Free Agent list screen. In the upper right of the list, on the header, is a drop down to create 1 to n fictional players of various types. When you make them, they will be free agents. Go to the player and in the Player Editor, at the bottom left, assign them to the team to round out the rosters.
