Everything disappeared

Hi there. I just loaded the game up like I normally did but instead of the screen where it says "load previously saved game" etc it was the screen that asked me to purchase the game or enter in my license key.
what happened to everything I had there?
I have years of saved games that just disappeared. If I reenter my license key will they all load back in?

Can someone please help me? i don't want to lose my games. I have a lot of blood, sweat and tears and emotional investment in what I had before,
I appreciate any help you have

I tried to enter my activation code and this is what I get. All my files from before are still on my computer but I can't get the game to load. Please help

Yeah, it sounds like you just lost the license key here. This will not affect your saves at all, just re-enter the key and you should be good.

thanks. i reenter the key but i get that error message. perhaps its a hardware issue with the laptop i use. that's my theory now at least
hopefully it will work out


glad to know it wont affect my saves. that's a load off my mind

Usually that error comes when your time on your computer gets changed to not match the correct time. Try to check that and reset it if needed, it should hopefully solve things.
