I just started playing Perfect Team 2 months ago. Have played OOTP for a long time on the base game which is great. I searched on players and Babe Ruth comes up with an amazing card. It shows Perfect Team Master Series which I don't find anywhere. When and where do cards like this come available to earn? Anyone know? Was it something that came along in the game during 2023 that I missed because I didn't have the game yet?

That's a tournament whose participants are chosen from the biannual championship tournaments among those who play the various levels of daily tournaments and do well.

The tournament tiers are described in the threat "Road to the PT 24 World Championship".
