evolve custom leagues

I wish we had an option for custom leagues to evolve.

What do you mean by evolve?

You can currently edit most rules, league structure, and run expansions on custom leagues.

To have the computer relocate and expand or even fold teams or change the team names teams like you have the option in out-of-the-park baseball for custom leagues

Can't you just do that on July 1 in GM mode?

I believe they are suggesting like in OOTP the league will automatically evolve by adding new teams and changing league rules/scoring, which could make for an interesting feature.
