FHM10 save keeps crashing when simming

Hey guys, i just started playing FHM10 a couple days ago and after simming for a few months in my save, i can't sim past february 1st. I posted my file as "Kraken Feb.lg" in the FTP. I'm not sure what's wrong exactly, I tried creating a new save and it was able to sim through a full year with no issues.

Seems to be something going on with the data for several teams in the Russian 2nd league (VHL) - among other things, the roster and lineup systems don't seem to be able to recognize their goalies as goalies, so it's doing some odd things with the game lineups and simulations. I can get past it if I start each game in that league in 2D mode and use Sim End, but that's not a viable option because it'll crash as soon as I try a game without that.

I suspect there's some kind of corruption in the save, but it's odd that it's localized to just a few teams like this. We'll have to take a closer look at the save to see if there's any way to salvage it.

Thanks for the reply, i really appreciate it. Is there a way to remove that league from my save? Is the goalie issues throughout the entire save or just the VHL? Again, i appreciate the response.

Just seems to be a few teams in the VHL for some reason (although there may be other damaged data that's not causing an immediate problem.) The league can't be removed like that; the safest option is probably reverting to one of the backup saves - go to the rs_one subfolder and copy its files into the save's main folder, overwriting the files that are there. That may move the save back to a point before the problem occurred; if that doesn't fix it, try the same thing with rs_two.
