Is there a way to modify the text size? It is so small, whatever window size I select. I play on a 2560 x 1440 monitor.

No, sorry, the text isn't designed to be rescaled.

Right now I can not even read the text without glasses - the UI font is so small it does not appear to be using the graphics card scaling.

I have played with the resolution and that has no functional impact on the in-game font. Using the Windows Display settings to alter the font scaling has two outcomes: in-game fonts that are only 2/3 the size of the Windows on screen font - or it scales it so large that it is double the windows font size leaving the game unplayable in either states.

I'm visually impaired and this is a big issue for me. I can confirm that adjusting font size in Windows DPI display settings makes a big difference. I normally run at 125% but for FHM I set it to 150% before I start the game.

Also, in FHM 9 workshop there was a custom skin called Modern Chrome that made FHM 9 much easier to read. If it's available for 10 try that. I haven't bought 10 yet so I don't know if it's been made for that?
