Larryk007 All Star Reserve Join Date: Oct 2022 Posts: 554	Change Contracts Expiration Date for managers & coaches Change the date of the expiring contracts to give more time to review. Currently the day after the playoff ends is not a great date or time for renewing managers and coaches expiring contracts. This date should be flexible like 30 days after the end of the playoffs (or before the winter meetings...). I find it hard to review my staff and then negotiate in one day. I know you can be reviewing your team during the playoffs but I like to focus on the playoffs and not the next year.
