Long to load transitions between tabs, screen resolution doesn't change

Hello!
The game takes a bit long to load transitions between tabs. For example, switching from standings tab to the roster takes 1-2 seconds, and all the switches tabs are like this. Other sports management simulators like Football Manager runs fast on my laptop.

Also my screen resolution doesn't change when I change settings in the menu.

Please help me if there are any possible solutions to these problems.

What's your laptop's system resolution set to, and are you running the game in Full Screen or Windowed mode?

My settings:
My system resolution: 1920*1080
Display Mode in game: Full Screen
