Youth Tournaments

Noticed a couple things from youth tournament teams.

Records of youth teams are all the same
Several European teams are listed under the US tab

Looks like it's putting all the region-based teams in the US for some reason, we'll get that fixed. And it looks like the record shown on the team screen is being pulled from Lake Superior State in the NCAA, should be an easy fix as well.

I also noticed that under the tournament standings page, teams will have negative GA and goal differential is always "-".

Yup, fixed that already, it was the unneeded Shootout Loss column pulling everything over by one column.

I still see the same issue with the goals allowed. It looks like it's due to the column "Loss PS"

Yeah, seems to have gone back to what it was earlier in the newest build, we'll try that again.
