and then the national playoffs
should be
Two finalists from the Western Conference and Atlantic, the top 3 teams for Ontario, and a host team
instead, we have four conference winners and four large teams

We need to split the OUA into two conferences for game purposes, so we've changed the championship format a bit: there's no host place in the tournament and each conference winner gets in, plus four at-large teams that are selected via the same method the NCAA uses for at-large spots. But it looks like the seeding isn't working as intended, we'll get that fixed.
